We have a new position available for a Virtual Assistant with Real Estate closer experience.
You must be someone with at least one to two years of experience dealing with real estate transactions and closings.
The right candidate will need:
* strong interpersonal and communication skills
* persuasive skills
* strong organizational skills.
Some other duties may include organizing final closing details between the buyer, seller, and attorneys involved;
making sure all contracts and documents are completed and signed by all proper parties;
making sure all legal obligations are met.
