Elizabeth was born and bred in Connecticut where she gained experience in both the medical field as well as accounting before becoming the Owner of Leverage BPO. As a mom to two busy little boys, it is no surprise that Elizabeth not only possesses a heap of patience but an innate desire to help others too. Her background in accounting especially helped her see the advantage companies could gain by outsourcing. Now she gets to bring benefits to companies and opportunities to South Africans.
A thorn among the roses, Diego is tasked with attracting new business, engaging with clients, and placement of suitable candidates. Diego’s educational accolades before joining the Leverage BPO team are a mile long and include obtaining a CFMA (Cost & Financial Management Accounting) Diploma from the Technikon Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg, and completing his MLP (Managing and Leading People) qualification through WBS (Wits Business School). Not one to sit still in his free time, Diego enjoys running and hiking whenever he gets a chance.
